This policy explains the information we handle when you use the KingDa Website or contact us about a product, sample or manufacturing project.
Shenzhen Jin Da Hui Plastic Products Co., Ltd. (深圳市金达辉塑胶制品有限公司), operating under the KingDa name, is based in mainland China. We are responsible for the personal information we handle through this Website for the purposes described below.
This policy applies to kingdafactory.com and KingDa website pages that expressly link to this policy. It covers browsing, enquiries, quotations, sample requests and related project communications. Our business includes custom toys and collectibles, small electronics, outdoor and acrylic products, and related OEM/ODM, private-label, development, manufacturing and packaging services.

We collect information you choose to send through a form, email, telephone or another contact channel:
Fields marked as required are needed to handle that type of request. Other fields are optional. If you do not provide essential contact or project details, we may be unable to respond or assess the request. The Website does not offer an online payment checkout; do not send payment-card details through an enquiry form.
When you access the Website, the hosting and website systems receive technical information needed to deliver pages and maintain security. This may include your IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, referral information, request times and error or security logs.
Our enquiry notifications can include the submission page, date and time, remote IP address, form type and project context, such as the selected product line or enquiry route. This helps us understand the request and investigate delivery or abuse issues.
The site also supports basic form-success event information, such as form identifiers, enquiry type and page path. This information is separate from the name, email, message and uploaded file. The current website configuration has not connected this event interface to Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager.

Submitting an enquiry does not automatically add you to a marketing mailing list. Our follow-up is for the enquiry, project review and order handling you requested.
We use a lawful basis required by the law that applies to the processing. Under mainland Chinese law, this means informed consent or another basis permitted by law. Where EU or UK data protection law applies, the relevant basis may be our legitimate interest in responding to ordinary business enquiries and protecting our services, steps requested before a contract or performance of a contract where you are personally a party, compliance with a legal obligation, or consent where required. We assess legitimate interests against your rights. This policy does not replace any separate notice or consent required for a particular activity.
Customer information and files are used for enquiries, project assessment and agreed order work. Where an affiliated factory needs to participate in an assessment, we provide only the material needed for that work and follow the agreed confidentiality requirements.
We do not upload customer enquiry information or project files to external generative AI services. Ordinary hosting, email transmission and service-provider security processing are described separately below.
Please remove unrelated personal information from drawings and documents. Do not submit identity documents, financial-account credentials, health information or other sensitive personal information unless specifically needed and an appropriate handling arrangement has been agreed. Tell us about confidentiality restrictions before sending sensitive commercial files. A separate NDA or project agreement may set additional requirements.

Website software such as WordPress, Elementor and Contact Form 7 operates the pages and forms; its presence does not by itself mean all enquiry content is sent to the software vendor. Before a disclosure that requires additional notice, we will provide the relevant recipient details, purpose and information involved, and address any required legal arrangement or separate consent.
We are based in mainland China and review business enquiries there. Our website, email and external font providers may also process information in other countries or regions where they operate their services. Those locations may have different data-protection laws from your location.

The Website uses browser technologies to support page functionality. Current public-page checks identified Elementor local/session storage and WordPress emoji-support session storage. Local storage can remain until cleared; session storage normally lasts for the browser session. Authentication and security cookies may also be used when authorized personnel sign into the site. Public browsing does not require an account.
Some pages request fonts from Google Fonts. Those requests disclose technical connection information, including the IP address and browser request information, to Google so that the font resources can be delivered. See Google Fonts information and Google’s privacy policy.
We do not currently use advertising pixels or connected Google Analytics/Google Tag Manager measurement on this Website. Basic technical logs and the enquiry context described above still apply. If optional analytics or advertising technologies are introduced, we will update the relevant notices and provide any choice or consent mechanism required by applicable law.
You can manage cookies and site storage through your browser settings. Clearing or blocking functional storage may reset interface preferences or affect some features. Browser controls for cookies do not necessarily stop every external font or other network request.
We keep personal information for no longer than needed for the relevant purpose, subject to applicable legal requirements. Where a fixed period cannot reasonably be specified in advance, we determine it using the following criteria:
Information that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymized, subject to a lawful reason to retain it. Copies can also exist in business mailboxes, attachments and backups; deleting a website submission or withdrawing an enquiry does not necessarily remove all such copies immediately. Where deletion from a backup is not immediately practicable, we will stop using that information for other purposes while it awaits removal, except for necessary protection or another use required by law.
We use appropriate technical and organizational measures for the nature of the information and the processing, including HTTPS for the Website and access limited to relevant business purposes. Project-specific confidentiality arrangements should be agreed before restricted files are shared.
No method of online transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure. If you believe information has been disclosed or used improperly, contact us using the details below. We will assess the issue and take the steps, including any notifications, required by applicable law.
Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to request information about our processing; access or receive a copy of your personal information; correct or supplement it; request deletion; restrict or object to processing; withdraw consent; or receive or transfer information where the conditions for portability are met.

We respond within the period required by applicable law. Some requests may be limited by legal obligations or the rights of others; if a request cannot be fully fulfilled, we will explain the applicable reason. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal, but it may affect our ability to continue the requested work.
Where EU or UK law applies, you may also object to processing based on legitimate interests and complain to the appropriate supervisory authority. Other applicable laws may provide complaint or judicial remedies. You may contact the relevant authority without first having to resolve the matter with us.
Although some products are designed for children, this Website is a business-information and enquiry service for adult buyers, brands and product teams. We do not intentionally request children’s personal information.
If you are under 14, or below another relevant age under local law, do not send us personal information through the Website. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided information can contact us so that we can assess and appropriately remove or handle it under applicable law.
Links to WhatsApp, Amazon, social networks, suppliers or other external websites take you to services with their own terms and privacy practices. If you choose to message us through an external platform or use a sharing link, that provider may process the information and interaction under its own policies.
Our company-introduction video is hosted on the Website. A link to an external platform is not, by itself, a transfer of your enquiry attachments to that platform. Please review the relevant provider’s notice before sharing information there.
We may update this policy to reflect changes in the Website, our handling practices or applicable requirements. The effective and last-updated dates are shown at the top. Where a material change requires additional notice or consent, we will address that requirement before relying on the change.
